In my freshmen year of university, I went volunteering in Budapest, Hungary on behalf of Singapore as an English teacher. My job was to go to a primary school to teach underprivileged kids with other volunteers from different counties for 6 weeks.

Singapore Boys' Home

Singapore Boys' Home is a juvenile residential home that provides care and rehabilitation to boys aged seven to sixteen. We went volunteering at Singapore Boy's Home for one year not only to instruct them on their academic work, but also to be their mentor, guiding them along a clear path in their lost life
